A very professional rep spent a lot of time inspecting my roof and was very honest and easy to talk with. He helped me decide what color would look best with my siding and he handled everything with my insurance agent. The work crew was excellent. They came early morning, laid down tarps completely around my house to protect plants, etc.., moved the patio furniture and/or anything that might be in the way. They were done by 3-4:00 pm and everything was placed just as it was when they arrived. I love my new roof and it has added a lot of value to my home. “My 93 year old mother was in the process of selling her house in St. Louis and moving to Georgia.  The County Loan Inspector and Federal Loan Inspector for the buyer were coming to sign off on the house’s condition before the closing date.   Apparently not only was a completely new roof needed (down to the tar paper) but a family of raccoons had been using the attic for a couple of winters.  The entire attic needed to be sealed off from future occupants, all the old insulation tossed out and replaced and any damage repaired.  Because of a rain filled 2 weeks, the time line we faced was: one week before inspection, two weeks before the closing. 

And the result?  Everything was completed in time to the satisfaction of the inspectors, the buyers and the real estate agent!  And most importantly, my mother.”
